Fun Day- & Sharing!

We had such a fun meeting today and had a great opportunity to learn about all of the different options there are for career opportunities- every company and every boss have different expectations and visions of the "role" their assistant will play. This position supports the Executive Director who is creating a new foundation.   • Interface with Executives, Celebrities and Scientists
  • Heavy meeting planning
  • Office interface for a busy Executive
  • Opportunity to sink your teeth into the issue and contribute to the dialog
  • Multitasking on projects and executive support
  • Overseeing details in the Executive’s professional life
  • Calendaring and Travel arrangements
  • Taking initiative on projects
  • Editing meeting materials
  • Maintaining database

Must have strong organizational skills, SMARTS, desire to contribute, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Your Masters Degree, health or foundation background are a plus! 3-5 years of experience. Salary $50-65K.
