One of the joys of this industry are the amazing relationships we have with both clients and candidates. In this case, a dear friend of ours called for help. We have staffed most of their administrative and coordinator positions. Over the years, we have seen them grow beautifully and carefully add staff that makes them an even greater organization. Supporting the meetings manager of a trade association. Duties include all front line operations in the meetings arena:
Registration of members
Hotel room blocking
Processing reservations
Email blast invitations
Mass mailings
Troubleshootting credit problems
On site registration
And more
There is opportunity to travel to meetings across the country and in DC as well as a chance to expand your duties.
